This mirror is great! I was diagnosed with lichen sclerosus and have to apply medication and track any changes. I couldn’t see much with a regular handheld mirror and it was so stressful. The price of this mirror has been completely worth it to me. I have become way more confident with self checks and with medication application now that I am actually familiar with myself. I love that I can lay down or kneel down using this mirror and be hands free. The built in light helps a ton. I also felt super validated by the packaging. The diagram and checklist made me feel empowered. I loved that the checklist had a lot of the signs of LS listed on there, which I hope can help others catch this often misdiagnosed condition early.
