A boob soothing bundle of one FourthWear Postpartum Bralette and one set of full-coverage pair of Breast/Chest Ice/Heat Packs. Like all of our premium comfort undergarments, our FourthWear Bralette is made with 2 layers of super soft, gentle compression fabric. It is uniquely pocketed to hold ice and heat over the entire breast and chest to provide relief from engorgement, mastitis, frequent breastfeeding or pumping, or lactation suppression.

Composition + Care
  • Bralette: 85% Recycled Polyester, 15% Spandex. Machine wash cold. Designed in Chicago.
  • Reusable Ice/Heat Packs: Each pack measures 0.5 in/1.27 cm in thickness. Store in the freezer for cooling comfort. Microwave for 15 second intervals for heat therapy. Do not machine wash. When needed, clean by rinsing in cold water with mild soap and let air dry completely before warming or freezing.

Which size of FourthWear Bralette is right for me?
FourthWear Bralette is made of highly adaptive and stretchy fabric. The seamless, criss-cross style is intentional so that the cups comfortably conform to your ever-changing postpartum breast and chest size and fullness. The most important variable to get right for your body is the band size. Please refer to the size chart to see the band measurement range for each size. We recommend selecting a size with a band measurement that is comparable to your most comfortable First & Second Trimester bra.

Can the FourthWear Bralette support a wearable breast pump?
There are lots of different types of breast pumps out there! Many of them can be used with our FourthWear Bralette, which is designed to provide coverage and hold our Breast & Chest Ice/Heat Packs. Many find it is the perfect pair to their pump. Please reach out to us if you have specific questions about using your pump in tandem with our FourthWear Bralette.
Will the Breast & Chest Ice/Heat Packs be effective if I have very large or small breasts?
Our packs are designed to surround the nipple and provide relief or facilitate the healing process for mastitis and clogged ducts. They work on any breast size.
When should I use ice and when should I use heat?
Ice therapy is the traditional weapon of choice for dealing with soft tissue injuries that involve swelling. Cold therapy, also called cryotherapy, reduces blood flow, which mitigates pain-causing inflammation and swelling. This makes ice a useful tool for everyday pain management and application wherever there is swelling (eg: incision site, chafed nipples). Heat, on the other hand, opens vessels to increase blood flow, making its application critical for alleviating muscle pain and removing blockages caused by clogged milk ducts.

Individually good

The heat/ice packs are great, I have mastitis currently on one boob so I'm constantly rotating them out of the freezer. They fit nicely around my boob, although the edges can be a little scratchy. The bra is a nice material and quite supportive, probably not my first choice of nursing bra but I do like it when I use it. I don't use the packs and bra together however, it's too much of a hassle to get the pack into the bra pocket. Instead I just slip the pack into a less constrictive bra, either against a burp cloth or directly on my skin.

Much needed relief!

I use this after pumping sessions, and it brings me great relief. As an overproducer running into soreness and discomfort whenever I delay pumping even for an hour, being able to relieve some of the pain is such a gift. The cooling packs are easy to insert into the bralette and the whole system is comfortable. Once I put it on, it stays cold for about 20 minutes.
