What Items Are Eligible For Return?

Ice/heat packs, pads, and the VieVision Mirror are all final sale items.

FourthWear & VieWear Underwear are only eligible for exchange, unless the original packaging is completely intact and unopened. 

Other items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. In order to be refunded, the items must be in original condition (no stains, tears, or other evidence of wear). If the items do not meet these conditions the return may be rejected or only eligible for store credit.

Returns for a refund may be subject to a $5 processing fee.

Sale and clearance items are typically not eligible for return, but may be eligible for exchange, depending on the product.

What If I Need A Different Size?

Nyssa accommodates size exchanges for all apparel items, including underwear.

We offer a 90 day exchange window for items in our postpartum collection.

Other items may be exchanged within 45 days of purchase.

Please begin your exchange in our return/exchange portal, using your order number and shipping zip code.

What About International Returns & Exchanges?

Unfortunately we are not able to offer returns or exchanges on international purchases at this time. If there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us at hello@nyssacare.com and we will work with you to find a solution.
